Character: Baoshan Sanren
Character Series: MDZS, Chén Qíng Lìng
I intend to be very flexible with this character in terms of timeline. Since according to canon she is already immortal at the time of MDZS, I think it would be easy to drop her into modern story settings as well. So I'm open to most anything.

Baoshan Sanren is an immortal cultivator who was once quite involved in the events of the mortal world. Though she did not belong any of the great clans, she took on students of her own at her own discretion. She continued that practice, taking in orphans and other children, after she retreated from the world to her secluded mountain.

Drawn back to the world not only because of her disciple, Xiao Xingchen, but also because of her other disciple's child, Wei Wuxian, Baoshan Sanren now wanders hither and yon as her whim dictates. While she is a power cultivator, she is not all powerful or infallible. There is much she has to learn about the world after her long seclusion.
